Tiger’s Den Martial Arts and Fitness is the Houston area’s premier martial arts school. We operate out of state-of-the-art dojos located in Houston, League City, and Seabrook, and provide students with a clean, safe, and fun environment in which they can train in their chosen martial arts discipline. Our expert staff specializes in the Shotokan style of karate, but we also offer beginner to advanced classes in a number of martial art disciplines, such as kickboxing, kung fu, aikido, hapkido, ju jitsu, bushido, taekwondo, judo, or any other modern or traditional martial art forms. In addition to our dedicated martial arts programs, we also offer mixed martial arts (MMA) training, power fit kick boxing, and women’s self defense instruction.
Training in martial arts is a great fitness activity for both adults and children. Not only does it teach self-confidence, discipline, and respect, but it also provides the many benefits associated with all rigorous physical activity, such as improved physical condition, general health, and mental balance.
Our children’s after school programs and summer camps are a great option for parents who wish to help their children become more active. Tiger’s Den Martial Arts and Fitness is a state-licensed child care facility and can provide after school pickup from public and private school. These programs provide children with a safe, structured, environment in which to learn, be physically active, and provide a much healthier alternative to eating junk food and playing video games.
Tiger’s Den Martial Arts and Fitness offers a number of ideal activities to keep your children fit and active. Not only are our classes fun, but they also instill a strong work ethic and teach self-confidence and discipline. Our dojos are located inconvenient locations in the Houston area, including Webster, Clear Lake, Seabrook, and League City. We have classes for all ages and skill levels and are excited to show you our facility.
